Patricia Baggio
Physiotherapist
Trish graduated from the School of Physiotherapy in 1992 and went on to study a Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy in 1998 and a Masters in Physiotherapy in 1999. Trish gained general hospital physiotherapy experience for 2 years and then transferred into private practice. Trish established Burnside Physiotherapy in 1999 as a part-time solo practitioner. The practice now offers a dedicated team of Physiotherapists and Remedial Therapists who are passionate about delivering the highest quality service.
Trish is qualified to perform dry needling, instruct Clinical Pilates, and perform a range of return to work services including worksite visits and return to work programs, she is also a GLA:D accredited practitioner. Her approach is holistic and thorough and extra time is taken to assess and treat the client addressing all of the possible contributing factors to the presentation. Trish relies on manual therapy, exercise therapy and patient education to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her aim is to empower the client with the knowledge and motivation to manage their musculoskeletal problem in the future. Trish also ensures that communication between all key parties is achieved so that the individual needs of each client are addressed.
Outside of work Trish loves being with her husband and 2 boys, exploring the outdoors and cooking.
Nicola Jannes
Physiotherapist
Nicola graduated from the University of South Australia in 2022 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Throughout her studies, Nicola has gained experience in varying fields of physiotherapy including musculoskeletal, acute hospital care, neurological and paediatrics. She has a strong interest and passion in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and injury prevention through exercise and education.
Nicola brings a holistic approach to injury management and strongly believes in the importance of client-centred care to produce optimal outcomes. She is an accredited GLA:D practitioner. Nicola is excited and eager to grow within Burnside Physiotherapy and provide care for new and existing patients.
Aside from this, Nicola thoroughly enjoys baking, playing piano and spending time with her dog.
Doris Buschenings
Physiotherapist
Doris completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy in 1982. She is fortunate to have travelled extensively and gained wide physiotherapy experience here in Adelaide, Sydney and overseas. Doris has worked in the public and private health care systems and gained valuable experience in orthopaedic (pre- and post-op management), sports/injury preventions, neurological, pediatrics, maternity, lymphoedema and geriatrics.
Doris is skilled in the areas of massage, balance assessment and falls prevention. She is able to provide home visits, including assessments for falls prevention. She is trained as a Clinical Pilates instructor and is an accredited GLA:D practitioner. Doris also volunteers for the Bone Health Foundation, for which she is an Ambassador, helping to educate and raise community awareness of the importance of skeletal health throughout our lives.
Kassandra Arnfield
Admin Staff
Kas has been working in the Reception area at Burnside Physiotherapy since 2007. In that time she has enjoyed being part of the community and getting to know clients while helping them with their administration needs. Kas is also very dedicated in supporting the Physios to keep the practice running smoothly at a high standard. She is married with three children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, entertaining and keeping fit. When time permits, she also loves getting away to Carrickalinga and walking the beach.
Lynne Carlsen

Lynne has been involved in the health industry since 2004 and nothing brings her more joy than helping people and seeing them progress on their way to optimum health. Lynne looks forward to meeting existing and welcoming new clients to Burnside Physiotherapy.
On a personal note, Lynne enjoys keeping fit, baking and cooking and loves reading.
