Growing children can have very specific musculoskeletal complaints. Often muscle and joint pain in childhood is dismissed as ‘growing pains’ when there are causes that can be addressed for example:

As we get older unfortunately our balance often gets worse, however it can always be trained to improve. We can offer specific balance training programs, or deliver balance training combined with pilates classes.
